What is a takedown?
A takedown is a formal request to remove specific content from a website or platform, usually because it violates copyright, contains personal/private information, is defamatory, or infringes on other legal rights.
What types of content can I request to be taken down?
We assist with removing a variety of content, including:
Trademark infringement
Copyright-infringing material
Impersonation or fake profiles
Brand spoofing or phishing
How does it work?
Krushi operates by combining traditional farming practices with modern sustainable technologies. This includes eco-friendly techniques like organic farming, crop rotation, and efficient water management
What information do you need from me to start a takedown?
A link to the infringing content
A detailed explanation of why it should be removed
Proof of your rights (e.g., copyrighted material or registration, ID, trademark registration)
Your contact details (for communication and verification purposes)
Signed Authorization Letter for Marksmen to act on your behalf
How long does the takedown process take?
Timelines vary based on the type of request and the platform involved. Some requests can be completed within 24-72 hours, while other platforms may take up to several weeks to process the requests.
Am I updated throughout the process?
Absolutely. We submit all takedown requests within 1 business day of receiving your approval. You will receive an update as soon as the takedown is complete but no later than 3-5 business days after submission. Longer takedowns will receive weekly updates.
